You used to stand for patriotism
And you believed terrorists belonged in prison,
Then you traveled far away from it
When you sold your soul to a domestic terrorist.
The World and our country knew that you went crazy,
As you conspired with an enemy to destroy democracy.
You used to stand for our armed forces
Where true patriotism courses,
But, then you sold your soul to a draft-dodger
In the White House you proudly placed him there as a lodger.
He dodged the draft more than twice,
He also mocked our veterans courage, and their sacrifice.
You use to stand up for all hard-working Americans
Making America great you screamed was the plans,
But, then you sold your soul to a con man
His merchandise he sold was from China, Thailand and Pakistan.
He made our economy grim,
He made his fortune by cheating on the U.S workers all of them.
You used to stand for the American Dream
The same desire our forefathers found to be supreme,
They proudly came as immigrants to our great land
Where they stood and shook liberty's hand.
But, you sold your soul to someone who hates and rages,
You traded the Statue of Liberty for walls and cages.
You used to stand for family values and beliefs
Where family loves and supports each other through griefs,
Where you once stood for the unemployed fathers
And for the mothers and children with pride and honors.
But, now for unwed mothers and the unemployed fathers,
You sold them to the wealthy for pennies and dollars.
You used to stand with and for our Lord Jesus
You once promised and proclaimed like him, you love us,
But, you sold your soul to a wolf in sheep's clothing
Who makes a mockery of Christianity, as a loathing.
Whatever he paid you for your soul, I hope it was worth the regret,
But, knowing him, you're probably still waiting for your check.
