Howl Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Howl

Howl

Wanted to
Like Ginsburg
Write something called poem
Break-line one breathe…

But could not!

Faced question in myself:
Whose breathe?
Sportsman or woman?
A runner, swimmer?
Or a sick with cancer?
Somebody in deathbed?

Left his howl to himself:
'I cannot be Ginsburg! '

I let facts be, remain
Wind blew, hit windows
Shook the door to hinge-bolt
Pivots too did cry
Though buried in the howl
Of devils, namely gusts…

This howl was like wolves';
Hungry in deserts and plains;
All the world white, covered
With the ice and snow.

Wolves being as great
As they are, unlike us,
Declare war with the howl.
They are not like Saddam;
Neither are the drones,
Nor bombers, suicide,
To be death of nowhere!

'Hey go, write your poem
Be yourself not monkey nor parrot
You do not have to be a
Winner of Pulitzer! '
