Hubris Iii Poem by Bill Grace

Hubris Iii

Rating: 5.0

I try to give the world a little something
every day that I am here.
How sad it is I fail to speak
great or even small truths.
How sad it is I and we do not hear
when the great truths are spoken.

Truth could liberate one's soul. How poignant if truth becomes so elusive. A well expressed poem.
