Human nature responsible

Is it the human nature responsible?
for all possible future struggle
if the answer is in yes
we got to make effort to trace
it is not in the national interest
to waste the energy
on propaganda and false building
and threaten neighbors and keep the pot boiling
the rivalry between big nations is well-known
but sometimes it is over-blown
for the want of showing the supremacy
this is causing worldwide anarchy
the worst enemy is sanction or trade embargo
where do the poor nations go?
their resources are meager
and they get poorer and poorer
nobody can bring about the change
each nation has to develop capacity and manage
other countries may try to influence the foreign policy
and set the conditions on the helpless country
