Humanity Poem by Solomon Ayomide

Humanity

The wail and pain shreds my heart
Lack of emotion strikes me like a dart
As power is used as a means of insanity
By human who lacks virtue of humanity

I crave for a world of hospitality
Governed by empathy, love and simplicity
Where no man live in fear of uncertainity
Caused by the maniac called inhumanity

There is a loud call for unity
As justice stands as a sure security
For without human show of humanity
The world loses it sanity.
