Humdrum - By Dolston Morian

Rating: 5.0

My life is not always like this
Gone is my rhythm, gone my bliss
No great friends around
No good I can discern
Everything is so flat
Today's just my humdrum.

The wind is not exciting
Its gray, its ugly, so lackluster, and still
No horse in the stable
No bouncing pony to ride
Today I just humdrum e`

The sun has also decline to shine
Cloud covers and shadows all around me I see
And there's a goory sound in the bell
There's a feeling of monotony my little hell
Everything is just humdrum for me

The smell of the rosebush is not fragrant for me
Life seem so dull, slow, and dreary
I've got no verve or energy of mine
Even writing's tedious and blue
It's the humdrum, yes my boredom.

In my heart I feel so distress with the song
Nothing's coming alive with color foe me
I feel so dashed with dry monotony
I do not know what's wrong with me
No brightness, no fragrance no song
Oh Lord, deliver me from this cold behest
This, ‘O' humdrum felling I detest.
