When you come across
the name of a mineral
named after Cummington, USA,
you wish IT was a source
of something common: Iron, say,
and so, more commonly said;
for humour in minerals is rare.
There's a macabre laugh
in the mineral that lays Superman low,
but there's not at all the laugh
in Haematite,
that there is
in Cummingtonite.
