I Am... Poem by Shades of Life..

I am like a flower,
Not sure of when I’ll die,
Not sure of when will I grow again,
When my land goes all dry..

I am like a bird,
Not sure of housing a safe place,
Not sure of where to go and eat,
When the sun doesn’t show its rays..

I may sink, and my hopes may die,
But that won’t stop me growing,
My confidence, honesty and beauty..
I will always keep showing..

Yes, I will stand as tall as a flower could,
And I will fly as high as a bird would,
However hard this world may seem,
I’ll never loose faith in my dreams..
