I Am - Poem by Abii Whitaker

I am that girl
The girl
Yes Im her
The one you see on the dance floor
Dancing over to the door
I've had far to much tequila
It's getting late and I should get home
But then there's you
And you come over
You want the number for my dog and bone
Try to be a little subtle
But neither of us wanna be alone
Drag me from the door
Buy me another drink
I cannot because me I'm poor
But holy sh*t, we're killing it on the dancefloor
