I Am Just Reaching Nothing (From My Musical, This Is My Life) Poem by Peter S. Quinn

I Am Just Reaching Nothing (From My Musical, This Is My Life)

I am just reaching nothing
With my inside own
Every step is bluffing
Worthy not to shown
Daydreams are glowing
In between the lines
Still outside its snowing
Hours between sunshine's

Catching winking eye
My daydreams that are living
In morning grayness sky
They are each giving
Nothing but still the blues
Down to past regrets
My memories past dues
With hand me down brew collects

Moments that come and go
Feeling of weep and fret
Loves that need to know
Nothing is in here yet
Only the cold and the dry
Mondays all the way through
Like the dim cloudlets fly
So are our courses too
