I Am Not Angry Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

I Am Not Angry

I am not angry

Protagonist
Is me and, is not me, in am not angry
I saw a good movie…masterpiece…
Unlike the Hollywood’s.

In LA they fool us with colour, sex and light
This movie talked of the, real life of a lad
Studies, gets involved with revolt, is fired
And at last, while in love, loses life to a law
Brutal; hanged by noose, in public.

Love and laugh, his efforts and failures
Make you think; and his death is question
Why should youths be ignored, who is wrong?

You ask me, my reply is hammer right on dot:
“Politics, internal…external.”
