They got me all wrong
Though I sang a sweet song
They all got me wrong
Speaking with a sugar-coated tongue
When the stories are narrated in phases
Their bewilderment are written on their faces
Though they have been to these places
Lost minds are theirs in between the cases
Seated alone to leak the wound
Sympathy alone can never heal the wound
Again and again I search for the mound
Taking the bend going round and round
Yesterday is gone and forgetful
Today is rolling and tactful
Tomorrow comes promising and hopeful
If you do not know, I am thankful
