I beat myself bloody
I beat myself raw
See me sitting here with the knife that will end it all
I slide the blade across my skin
Just to feel the pain once again
To see that rush of red
No one knows of the pain I feel within
Inside my heart dies
Cant you see
What your so called love has done to me
You broke my heart
And tore it apart
You ruined my life
You stabbed me in the heart
You took my soul away
I wish to die
And not to live to see another day
But here I still stay
Searching for a way out
Searching for a place to make a new start
Holding on
Not knowing why
Breaking down
Not knowing why
Holding my breath
Just hoping to die.
Living a lie
Each night I cry
My heart has died
I’ve wasted away inside
Praying to god to die
Praying that he will take my life
Burn me alive
Stick the knife deep inside
I cannot feel
So I will not try
You’ve taken away
My everything
Now sitting in my dim lit room
I’ll take the blade
And take my life
