I Believe Poem by Hesbon Nyamweya

I Believe

In trials times when the future seems bleak......
I'll find hope within me and not be weak....
When my moves are off and no step to take.....
And many harvoc hold me in the neck....
My boat i will roar, and to the shore i'll make.....
I'll smile along and thrive coz i believe.

When my friends become mirrors of mockery....
And peers brag on my face coz of their victory.....
I'll despair not nor give inn to shame and jittery.....
When i struggle with odd jobs to overcome my missery........
And life seems too hard to even glimpse liberty.......
I'll press on and wait for my joy coz i believe.

In every foggie dusk comes bright dawn....
Its us to decide to fight or remain down....
Life is too short and saddist to the fragile.....
Prosperity is randered to the toughest but humble.....
Master survival skill and exercise unshaken agile......
Coz a bright day is coming only if you believe.END
