I Can'T Escape My Heart

In a sea of people
I sit silently
voices surrounding me
music crashing
the time in my world stops
nothing is moving
there's no more noise
this only lasts a moment
then time speeds up
I could hear the music again
a song attached to my memory of him
started to play
it all came back to me
everything we'd said
I didn't even notice
I was already crying
