I Can't Belong Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I Can't Belong

I can't belong
Saturday,26th December 2020

I can't own
All the religions
Wholly as holy
But hold it sacredly

They spread the same message
And try to bring out from the cage
That human beings suffer
And offer soothing solution

I can't belong to one region
And try to spread the religion
But accept it as an essence
And spiritually dance

If love is the gift
I shall make no shift
From my stated stand
And understand the hidden message

I stand for humanity
And work for the amity
That shall have respect for all the festivals
And we all hold it as faith for individuals
