I Cant Help Me Poem by Chelsea Hansford

I Cant Help Me

Rating: 5.0

Watching as you walk away,
I can't take it any more,
I close my eyes so tighly,
And dream of times before.
Before, you were my saviour,
Before, you were my sin,
Before, you were my danger,
My souls completing twin.
Before, you were my heartache,
Before, you were my pride,
Before, you were my demons,
And my calculating side.

Now all I have is just me,
To turn to when in doubt,
I'll ask myself the questions,
But I'm never any help.
I'll give myself the reasons,
And hope I know the cure,
But all I no that's certain,
Is without you I'm not sure.
I dont know if I'm going,
I dont know if I'm gone,
I dont know if I'm dying,
Or if this isnt my last song.

Watching as you walk away,
I cant take it anymore.
Now all I know that's certain,
Is without you I'm not sure....
