If there’s a part of me you’ll understand
It’ll be forever chained in your awareness
And I will be a picture framed
Of your hints wishes and needs

I do not want to be understood
For I have never completely been
For it is impossible
To understand
Anybody
‘Completeness’ of understanding
Will impose an end to an infinity
And a part of me
Forever framed will weep for a way out
Of your understanding

For a part of me understood
Will be turned into a mask
Perfectly reflecting your own countenance
And you will stay
Much dialogued
With your own shadow

I’d better be ununderstood
