'You can trust me, ' he tell her
One night when her eyes have left her face,
Drifting to that faraway
Yet right next door place,
Re playing and pre-playing
Potential endings.
' I do trust you, 'she says and means it,
What she doesn't add
Because it won't help
But thinks anyway
Because she can't help it.
Is the fear that stalks her thoughts
So often
That it's gotten struck
As an unwanted motto;
I just dont know it
I trust myself:
