I Don'T Know
Beat by beat heard,
pulse in mother’s womb,
question being asked,
whether mail or female,
I answered ' I don’t know'
Was the feeling lovely,
word by word remembered,
when recalled at ease,
remained unanswered,
why? ' I don’t know'
looked at the eyes,
tried to read between lines,
for ayes and no's
pushed mind very hard,
mind humbled, why?
'I don’t know'
ready to leave empire,
hut for palace,
and life to death,
no reson, why?
I don’t know,
was a 'wait' correct phrase,
answer for real,
can hunt be still on,
but for what?
I don’t know,
Will I die without?
Fulfillment of love,
is the life not so simple?
Or with tragic end”
I don’t know,
when you hit me back,
with rose or simple 'no'
is desire a crime?
Really one has to die?
Or go mad, why?
I don’t know
