I Don'T Want To Know Poem by Edwina Reizer

I Don'T Want To Know

I don't want to know you'd ever leave.
I don't want to know you'd ever go.
I don't want to hear you say goodbye
or ever hear me when I cry,

I don't want to know you'd ever tell me.
I don't want to know what you would say
I don't want to know you've said goodbye.
or ever hear me ask you why.

*** 'Cause I can't hide my feelings.
I never could with you.
I can't pretend that I don't care
when I know I really do.

I just want to keep myself in love
with how we used to be
Just keep myself in love with you.
That's all I want for me.

I don't want to know about tomorrow.
I don't want to know past today.
I don't want to know about anything.
I just want to know that you will stay.

REPEAT *** and end with last verse

Nothing stays the same. It doesn't matter if its 1 year or 4, nothing stays still. It moves or it doesn't move by choice of the man and woman.
