I Don't Believe In The Skeletal Remains Of Evolution Poem by Kenneth Maswabi

I Don't Believe In The Skeletal Remains Of Evolution

Like a dead rotten elephant, the story of evolution is full of foul smells and missing parts
The gaseous contents of its skeletal remains are not accounted for
Just one missing isotope is enough to paint a totally different story
From the one that gives birth to chimpanzees before humanity
The theory of evolution is like a marriage of convinience, it lacks the dignity that forms the core of life as we know it
I don't believe in the skeletal remains of the theory of evolution
It stinks and is heavily pregnant with maggots
Science has to do better and paint a true picture of the sacred substance of life
Even though planet earth is extraordinarily resilient and beautiful
It is incapable of reconfiguring the cumbersome equation of life into 8.7 million species of flora and fauna
It would take an extraordinary living being to create a living sample of the sacred substance of life
It takes an even greater being to multiply life into beautiful shapes, colors and amazing stories
It takes only God to create the fabric of life with its myriad purposes stitched to it
It is God and God alone who is the author of life
