I Dont Know What My Angel On This Was..Any Suggestions Of What You Get From It - Poem by Dustin MacDougall

I see the way you just brush off everything like its nothing
I see your face as your talking and know your bluffing
You've takin' away hope from the hopefully
And gave it to those who's desires are senseless
The blood of millions lay upon your hands
and leave stains that will never cease to survive
Out back consumed by hate and sorrow
you pray of a better tomorrow
where your dreadful choices are no more
where the one path you chose now turns into something painted
something only of dreams and the one door you didn't open
opens itself and invites you through its threshold
and a new world unfolds in front of your eyes
and to quite a surprise,
this place is no different than the one you just left
and now you see that this fork in the road,
wasn't the one where you walked the wrong way
