I Forgot To Remember Thee Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

I forgot to remember thee
And this spoilt everything last night,
A black ripple teased me every moment,
I felt unseen agony all-pervasive
In the silent ambience,
'Why? '
I screamed within,
No response at all!
Just an endless stretch of irritation and mockery!
Though it was a very difficult situation for me,
I had to accept it,
Somehow I was able to cope with the harsh condition,
But I learnt a very practical lesson,
Which renewed me in the true sense.
