I Forgot Your Name, My Love Poem by Hebert Logerie

I Forgot Your Name, My Love

I forgot your name, my love
Because I thought too much about you
Your image blinds me night and day
I feel exposed and distressed on the cross.

You kidnapped my actions and thoughts
My brain is mummified, comatose and paralyzed
I feel remotely controlled by an incredible force
These feelings are powerful, painful and unpleasant.

I forgot your name, my darling
I do not know if you are the tigress or the lioness
Who can strangle and devour me.

You control my actions and my thoughts
Oh! I am unjustly damned and condemned
I am unfairly incarcerated and executed.
