I Have Not Remembered
I have not remembered,
Whether I had accepted
This life from the beginning,
I have not remembered
Whether I have given consent
From stage by stage and
Approved at this end.
I know not the difference
Between the sinful acts
And the pious acts at this
Dangerous fog in darkness.
Still, I am suffering
In spite of goodness for my ignorance
And deprived of perpetual light.
