I Hear You Poem by Israh Sadan

I Hear You

Rating: 5.0

I hear what you don't say
When you speak that way
I hear what you don't like
What it feels like to be near me
I make skin crawl
You wanna leave it all
And make like you never knew me.
I'm a bad mistake
That you wouldn't make
if you could do it all again.

It's as clear as day
I make you feel that way
You can't stand to be near me.

I hear what you don't say
When you speak to me that way
I feel your disgust
vibrate through my bust
And rattle my shattered heart.

And I hear what you do say
That there's no way
You could love me like before
And I can't stay. There's just no way
I can take this anymore
