I'Ll Never Feel Love Again Poem by Keel Lincoln

I'Ll Never Feel Love Again

I listened to songs and rhymes searching for that feeling,
I liked it so much I tried to find it again,
But it was gone ~ it reached its end.
It wouldn’t reveal itself,
I don’t love, I can’t love;
Or – have I ever/
Love/d
Does anyone ~
For “ if God is = LOVE: but we are humankind,
Then We are SINners…to us love is blind//
-So – I don’t love, I remember what it was,
If only an illusion, then I liked it,
– I want to find it again.
Will I find it again =
NO ~
I will not, I cannot/
I will never love again/
I lost it //w-I-th// a friend/
/so be it,
I don’t need it,
It’s optional,
But I desire to feed it,
It’s only natural,
But if this is it,
Then this is it,
I’ll live with it,
If God intends for me to find it,
I will let him sort it out –
For then it’s his problem –
I –for one -only one—
No longer care,
So to look anymore—
I fear to dare…
Love me?
Please?
Do you see?
Nope…?
Niether do I. We are b/l/i/n/d/We all areLove is -Blind—
I understand Love so much more today than I did yesterday,
So; that’s what McCartney meant?
