Back to Aikido after seven weeks off
By back hurts and I feel a little rough
I am real rusty and don't think I am good enough

I try real hard and yet succeed
Maybe its just a little time I need?
To get back in to the pace maybe?

I get thrown and throw them back
at the end of the lesson I can look back
think about the lesson and have a good old laugh!

I love Aikido and I think its for me
Every week I smile with glee
thinking about wearing my nice white GI!
