I loved you from a distance painted my imaginations with different colors of you
And I still wonder which color suits you the best because you own them all
At times it's really hard especially when I have to decide on which lipstick is your favorite
The books you love to read
whether you love poems, plays or politics
I sometimes wonder how you smell like,
the perfume you use and the kind of lotion you put on.
In my head we have walked a thousand times down the aisle and you have said yes to my proposal so many times

I have recited different wedding vows
I just don't know which one to go with

I wonder how your lips taste
How your skin feels on a beautiful cold night
The warmth of your breath
Sometimes you feel like the sun at dawn in spring and I am by the beach letting it all in
I picture you laying on my chest on a Saturday night watching a chick flick movie and I whisper "I love you"in your ears, you always turn and give me that look with those eyes that make the stars jealous
I picture us having our first fight, how you complain about my bad habit of not putting back things where I found them
You even get more angrier because I cannot be serious even in serious situations
I have to say you still look amazing even when you are angry

In the future that we can never share, we end up with two kids a boy and a beautiful girl who looks just like you
The sad truth is that we are like two mountains separated by the river we can never be together
I know you are laying on another man's chest and it hurts so bad because that man is not me
He can never love you the way I would have loved you

Thoughts and imaginations I can't live
I guess nothing hurts more than reality
I pray in another life we cross paths
