I’m Probably Silly And Crazy Poem by Neo Patricia Monamodi

I’m Probably Silly And Crazy

He says, “I’ll turn your tears to diamonds
And change your mourning to music
Your broken spirit to pearls
And your tattered heart to a castle of my rest
I’ll rebuild your broken trust.
If you let me, I can love it all out of your dreams…

He says, “I’m not scared to love you
You keep my love feeling new
You take away these blues
I will never need another you.
You say you are but I’m lucky too
This thing that I feel is love and it’s true”

She says, “You make me smile easy.
People think it’s because I’m silly
I look at them and say, “Not really”
You are my thought in the morning early
Even unfinished cigarettes remind me of you, really
Hell, I must be silly…

Mom asked if I’m someone’s lady
I swore not to tell this to daddy
What’s the point they both think I’m crazy
They say when it comes to love I’m lazy
But I still told them about this love so rosy
Who cares, I’m probably silly and crazy…
