I’m Sorry
Broke your heart
Took you apart
You smile and act tough
When inside it’s all rough
Should be glad
Cause you got rid of a rat
Saw him as a pest
Like all the rest
Then it hit me
An it hurt
If I could
I would bring him back
Just to see you smile
From a mile
Nothing said or done
Could change the fact that it’s done
But I’m sorry
That it hit you like a lorry.
