I Miss You 15 - Poem by Michael P. McParland
I miss you and that perfect smile.
I miss waking up and seeing messages
from you to have a good day.
I miss giving you those messages too.
Whoever woke first we gave those messages
to greet and give a smile to start the day.
I miss my lady who made everyday
a special one to get up and face.
I miss you dear you are the best.
I miss you and the heart you have.
So full of love and tender care you kept me warm.
I miss the woman who I know really cares,
I miss the woman who I truly love
and care for in every way there is.
I miss knowing that we would talk soon
and just get lost in all the things
we thought and felt within our love.
I miss you my special one
because my heart and soul belong to you.
I miss you because I'm incomplete
without the one my heart feels connected to.
I miss you because you are a great woman
so very beautiful in every way there is.
I miss you because I love you more than anything
I want to hold you close to me
and show you that you're loved
and treasured so very specially.
I miss you sweet one because you're you.
You are Kira and that is cool.
I miss you Kira because there isn't
anything I wouldn't do for you.
I admire and respect you through and through.
I cherish all you are because
you're the best and an Angel in my eyes.
I miss you because I love you best.
I miss you Kira because you are my hero
and I want to spend my life with
the only one with whom my heart feels rest.
