I Owe You One Poem by Leanna Page Markgraf

I Owe You One

I don't know how long it's been happening
Or what he told you about me
I knew he was hiding something,
but I didn't think he'd cheat.

You turned him against me
the moment you were caught.
You won him over
but then the more I thought.

If he'll do it once he'll do it again,
No matter who he's got
So you did me a favor
by the temptation that you brought.

Now I hope he doesn't cheat on you
and walk out on you some day.
You didn't take a man from me,
You just took a problem away.

It'd be a shame for this to happen to you
And he shakes up your world.
You set me free from the mess of his
Thanks I owe you one girl.
