Foolishly Poem by Leanna Page Markgraf

Foolishly

Rating: 4.3

The silence is killing me

Please give me a sign.

I need to hear your voice

at least just one more time.

I have loved you from the very start,

a feeling I have never felt before.

When your lips touched mine

It left me craving more.

But what felt so real to me

was just a game to you.

Why are you like this?

You see the torture you put me through.

I have to hold my head high

And try so hard to be strong.

I cared too much

And was played with all along.

I just wanted us together

I thought we were meant to be.

I foolishly fell in love

With someone who never loved me.
