I Promass My Self! ! Poem by Jenny Molloy

I told my self not this time,
I promised my heart I would not hurt it again.
I thought my cheeks would not feel tiers fall any more,
I did not want my head to spin.
But yet again I let my self go,
I opened a cage once more.
I dusted of the self,
Cleaned out the bins.
This time I got even more rubbish thrown in my face,
More bull with you around,
But I don’t want you to go,
I don’t wanna end the book this time.
I am in it for the same thing as you,
I will believe it,
Even if you don’t.
