I Saw You Talkin - Poem by Debora Soramaki

I saw you talkin in your bed,
I saw you talkin on the bus,
The many words inside your head
Were not between the two of us.
I saw you talkin in the Park,
I saw you talkin late at night,
Your talkin made the dog bark.
Your talkin doesn't make it right.

Are you referring to a schizophrenic person? Or someone talking on a mobile? Or what? This one is like a puzzle and is making me think. I am looking for clues.
