I shall never forget
Poverty days that had lasted late
It had deprived me of many seasons
It had solid reasons too
Parent could do little
As they were always in trouble
They could hardly raise me
With all that needed under tree
But they proved as strong trunk
Covered me with green leaves to think
How can parent bring their child dearly?
And make him feel to lead happily
Yes those days were like golden time
Even today I miss them sometimes
I miss sweetness of its essence
The poverty was blessings like chance
Today they are no more to see
What I could do when pursued
Life with noble mission
I have nothing more for admission
Life has autumn and spring
They have lot more to bring
Makes one to feel about times
Whether it was bad or good times
