I Shall Stand And
I shall stand and
Sunday,8th Aug 2021
I shall be there
to remove fears
and instill confidence
when you feel tense!
not in happiness alone
but for the bad days gone
I showed you the heaven
ad kept you happily driven
I shall be your loyal companion
to show what the union means
take you along the path
and strengthen your faith
I shall wipe the tears
ad bear
the same pain
that has caused you the concern
it shall be my endeavour
and honour too
to garland you with the flowers
and whisper in the ears
we have stood like a rock
and shared the jokes
but in crisis
it shall be my clear emphasis
in no circumstances
I shall give you the chance
to suffer from the remorse
and tragedy recourse
