I Smiled When Poem by Brandy Kelly

I Smiled When

I smiled when I saw you,
walking down the street.
I smiled when I saw you,
wipe the dirt off of your feet.
I smiled when I saw you,
full of happines and poise.
I smiled when I saw you,
give toys to homeless boys.
I smiled when I heard you,
hug your mom goodbye.
I smiled when I saw you,
asking Jesus why.
I smiled when I saw you,
crouch down on one knee.
I smiled when I heard you say,
'Will You Marry Me? '
