I Walk As Slowly As I Can Poem by Shalom Freedman

I Walk As Slowly As I Can

I walk as slowly as I can
I look around and see more Beauty
Than I can possibly describe
I sing to myself in joy

I may be an old man but I have the spirit of youth within me
Joy is so easy for me now
I just walk and look and sing and am happy
An old man
Young at heart.
