I Was Pregnant Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

I Was Pregnant

You mad elove to me and i wa pregnant,
But you left me alone in the deep forest and fled away!
So, i have to give birth and to take care of this child alone;
But, today, your child is a grown up and,
He doesn't know much about you.
I told him the act!
I told him about how we were in the bush alone;
I told him about our act of fornication! !
The premarital sex that we had,
Which brought about hime into being;
But today, he doesn't know much about you,
Because, you were not there for us.

How very true that it takes two to create a being but sometimes only one to raise that same being. A nice message that one can grow strong and deeply loved when raised by only one.
