I Was Wrong Poem by Valerie Anderson

I Was Wrong

Rating: 5.0

I'm sorry to say this,
all through my heart.
How could things between us go such a miss?
I thought we would never be torn apart.

i thought you cared,
but I guess I was wrong.
My heart was aching for your love again,
throbbing and thronging.

Wll you ever talk to me?
Like we did before?
I don't like this feeling of being free.
I thought your words weren't empty and they meant more.

I guess I was wrong about you,
I am no longer pink but a sad, sorrowful blue.
Will you answer me?
Or leave me all alone.
