I Will Miss You - Poem by Anita Cross

Miss your sweet soft orange head
Your fuzzy ears
Your big brown eyes
Your beautiful coat
Even when you run away i miss even though it made me mad
I miss taking you camping or for walks most of all it was our special time together
It is all gone now but i will rememer you forever
Close to my heart forever
A permant scar
A wounded heart that will never fully heal
I miss you
I will never forget you
I will always love you

In memory of my dog 1993-2010

Yes, we knew it was for your dear dog. How they do become part of our families. The items in series was a good tactic, adding to the resonance of the poem. Read mine - Cictrix -
