Cher Chef,

Words with no meaning
are full of potential;
one example is oir.

It's seen in the French
parloir and boudoir
(armoire):
it contains the idea of place.

'A fancy broom-cupboard' in French
could be 'un oir du balai';
one that is just adéquat -
that one, 'un balaioir'.

The jumper,
that I can only wear at home,
could be 'mon pullover-chez moi';
the one that I can also wear to the shops,
simply 'mon deuxoirs'.

Now for a word ('quelque chose-phobie')by you -
the fear of treading on a lizard tongue-blue?
