If Poem by Priyaranjan Ojha

If

If music fails
To reach to my ears,
Do not stop singing then.
Just go on; I shall drink music
Through the pair of my lingering eyes!

If I get blind tonight
Do not bring light before me.
Just put all the lights off;
I shall be happy enough
To count all my stars in darkness!

If I die this moment
Do not think I am no more,
Just remind every minute
That once among all of you
I was blithesome and fully alive!
