If He Only Knew Poem by Catherine Agunat

If He Only Knew

Day after day, he keeps on victimizing
In able to sustain his desperate longings.
Killing, stealing, abducting and swindling
These are some of his wrong doings.
As long as he can collect cash to satisfy his selfish yearnings,
He does not care whether there are people, who are grieving
Nor there are souls, who are weeping
To every life, he forced to stop living,
To every heart, he forced to stop beating.

People called him desperado,
His perfect name as an outlaw.
When he hears his gruesome name,
Though it is true
Maybe it pierces his heart too.
But perhaps, he don't realize
That no one to him will criticize,
If from the start, he lives his life free from any vice.

When will he stop killing
When will he stop stealing
When will he stop abducting
When will he stop in swindling
When will he wants to be free from the chain of gambling

Bandit, felon, fugitive and criminal
The titles he acquired for being brutal,
A notorious villain ruled by world's insanity
Everyone scared due to his fatality.
Nevertheless, If he only knew that beyond his cruelty,
There is good God, who loves him sincerly
There is great Father, who waits for his return patiently
There is Jesus, who really cares him untiringly
Maybe, he will change his life's view.

Yeah, if there is a sacred soul who will dare to let him know
That the merciful God really loves him so,
Surely, he will reborn, he will renew
Even he is a certified desperado.
