If I Told You
If i told you that I'd listen,
If i told you that I'd care,
Would you open up your heart to me?
and show me all that's there?
If i tolf you that i missed you,
would you completely understand?
That when i am not with you,
It's like you're in another land?
If i told you that i loved you,
would you simply sit and stare?
or hold me so very closely,
and make love seem fair?
Really great flow of thoughts...simple, but so poignant! You certainly have a way with words, my dear! Don't stop writing!
