You - Poem by Holly Smith

I want to be perfect,
But for no-one but you,
I want you to want me,
and to always stay true,

I want to be perfect,
and for you to love me,
no more fall-outs or fights,
just cuddles and 'Glee'

I want to be perfect,
so that this is all done,
so that you still want me,
so that you aren't gone.

I want to be perfect,
so that you''ll never leave,
But I guess I'm too late
as I cry on my sleeve.

So I guess I'm not perfect,
or anywhere near,
or else you wouldnt be there,
you would simply be here
