I would live forever in your mind's eye looking through memories of beginnings passed like never-endings and circle our names into your thoughts.

If it were up to me
I would talk our last conversation in billion-year syllables and think of 10billion ways to say hello.

If it were up to me
I would turn off the sun and plunge the world into eternal winter just to see if you can bring the spring.

If it were up to me.....

I would, cut corners w/ round edges so when I head around the block I end back up in the same spot.
I would only let the stars shine at sunset so at night you can claim the skies and hold them in your cornea.

If it were up to me.....

Time would be an illusion that stopped when I'm with you so I can start the countdown to 'just one more minute' in 1hr intervals and count backwards from infiniti to the end of time.

If it were up to me,
I'd send time flying through cosmic windshields so the breeze could flow freely through your hair.

If it were up to me,
the last thing you say b4 you finally go to sleep would not be 'good night' but 'good morning.'

If it were up to me,
I would write a list of things to do for you that seems to have no end and go through it in alphabetical order strting with 'T', as in 'Tell her 'I Love You' in a Thousand ways before The sun sets! Not bc it's her birthday, or bc it's our anniversery, but just bc it's Tuesday! '
